The term "woke" refers to the condition of supposedly seeing bigotry and inequality in society, but to an extent where pretty much everything can be seen as racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. and prioritizes immutable characteristics, like race, gender, and sexuality, over character. In this sense, Woke Folk (people who are woke) become bigots themselves.
