Your kind words are much appreciated, Rodrigo. I’ve officially declared war on wokeness specifically to give artists the freedom to offend and make mistakes and experiment — that’s how the best art is born.
And yes, what Louis C.K. was very inappropriate, but artists often dabble in bizarre behaviors in their private lives. If he’d actually committed a crime, I wouldn’t be so forgiving, but since this was really just bad decisions (at least as far as I know), I’m more willing to chalk this up to an artist being weird.
